SWIM SMOOTH
Lisa Leonard and Laura Sarkis got the 2012 season off to a flying start by qualifying for the World Duathlon Championships in Nice, France in September. Lisa finished a strong third in her age category and 10th overall in a time of 2:20:31. Laura was 9th in her category and 23rd overall in 2:26:57.
Dambuster British Duathlon Championships 10/03/12
Fresh from last weekends British Duathlon Championship and a little closer to home this time, Lisa Leonard put in a top class performance in the Garioch 10Km road race finishing with a personal best 39:10, for second lady overall and 1st in her category. Just wait until she runs on a flat course!
