All Total Endurance athletes receive personal attention from coach
Ken Bryson

I have been involved in endurance sports for 25 years, initially as a runner taking part in marathons and ½ marathons, then as a duathlete competing in events such as the annual cross Scotland “Highland Cross”, and for the last 15 years as a cyclist and coach. In the last few years I have returned to Duathlon and running events and in 2008 I set a Marathon Personal Best 22 years after my last Marathon.

I have been a cycling coach since 1994 and have coached all ages and abilities from juniors to Super Veterans and from beginners to British Champions and Commonwealth Games competitors. I am now also an athletics and Triathlon coach.

As a coach I am interested in helping people of all ages, abilities and experience to make the most of their available time to maximise their sporting potential.  In order to achieve this I offer 1 to 1 coaching services, personalised training plans, fitness testing and ongoing fitness monitoring and feedback based on the latest scientific methods and software, including the use of heart rate or power based training zones.

In order to monitor training and improvement I use a custom designed, integrated training schedule and diary coupled with the latest Heart rate and power monitoring systems and software.

Please have a look on the athlete page for details of some of the elite cyclists I have coached over the years.
