Bala Middle Distance Triathlon 12/06/11

While a lot of the team were enjoying very favourable racing conditions at Knockburn, near Aberdeen, Martin Goodlad (Torq/Merida/Lake/Limar) was competing in the Bala Middle Distance Triathlon in north Wales in very wet and windy conditions.  The conditions had a big effect on the times with most competitors being about 20 minutes slower than expected.

Martin had a good race despite the conditions to finish in 12th place with an overall time of 4:41:10.

The race was won by Richard Anderson in 4:18:41.
