Castle Howard Olympic Distance Tri 24/07/11

Martin Goodlad finished second in 1:07:11.  Martin was using the event as part of his taper for Ironman UK on 31/07/11. The race was won by Andy Williams, a recent convert to the Total Endurance track running sessions, in 1:06:17.

Despite a recent bout of laryngitis after returning from the European Triathlon Championships Lisa Leonard took a clear win in the womans race, winning by 9 minutes in 1:14:17.

Kriss Ross continued to show improvement finishing in 1:19:09
