Understand how your body uses fuel
The test involves 20 minutes of running or cycling as 5 x 4 minutes, the power / velocity of the test is determined by your current fitness and targets. We want to capture the data, below, at and above your goal pace.
While your exercising, we will be measuring the amount of oxygen you are consuming and the amount of carbon dioxide being produced, the relationship between O2 and CO2 indicates the amount of type of fuel the body is using and with the data we can calculate this into meaningful number such as calories or grams per hour.
