Optimise your Aero Position
Our TT bike fitting service is designed specifically for athletes looking to perform at their best in triathlons and time trials. Every adjustment is made with your goals in mind—whether that’s holding an aero position more comfortably, generating more power, or shaving seconds off your next TT.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your Custom
Bike Fit
1. Initial Consultation
The initial consultation focuses on understanding your position requirements for your event type, with particular attention to your posture, alignment, and aero position on the tri-bars. We also consider your riding style, taking initial measurements to establish a foundation for optimising comfort, power, and aerodynamic efficiency tailored to your needs.
2. Initial Assessment
We begin by assessing your position on the bike, focusing on your posture and overall alignment. From there, we evaluate the placement of the tri-bars and your general setup to gather initial measurements and identify areas for adjustment.
3. Adjustments
Triathlon and TT bikes involve significantly more complex adjustments compared to road bikes. Achieving the perfect aerodynamic position requires precise tuning of multiple components, including saddle height, handlebar reach, aero extensions, and arm pad positioning.
4. You Start Stealing KOMs
Triathlon and TT bike fits require a bit more time to adapt to the new position. We recommend starting with shorter rides to allow your body to gradually adjust and settle into the aero position. This approach ensures optimal comfort and performance as you become accustomed to the setup.

FAQs
TT / Triathlon Bike Fitting
-
Our TT/Triathlon bike fit is for anyone riding a time trial or triathlon bike—whether you're new to aero positions or an experienced athlete looking for marginal gains. We work with age-group triathletes, long-distance racers, and competitive time triallists alike.
-
A TT fit focuses on balancing aerodynamics, power output, and comfort in a more aggressive, forward-rotated position. The goals and demands are different from road riding, so the fit process, body angles, and priorities are tailored accordingly.
-
A typical TT bike fit takes around 2 to 2.5 hours. We allow plenty of time to assess your current setup, test position changes, and ensure you leave with a position that feels right and performs well.
-
Bring your TT/Triathlon bike, cycling shoes, tri suit or kit you normally race in, and any aero helmet you plan to use. If you use race wheels or a hydration setup, bring those too—it helps us optimise your position in real race conditions.
