Bike Fit
1. Initial Consultation
The first part of the bike fitting appointment involves us getting to know you and discussing your goals, cycling history and any current areas of discomfort or pain.
2. Initial Assessment
We start with you on the bike to have a general look to see how you sit on the bike, from here we will look at your cleat position relative to your metatarsals, and take some initial measurement of your current position on the bike.
3. Adjustments
We then fine tune your position based on the angles of your hip, knee, ankle and back position. During the fit we will adjust saddle, handlebars and stem as required to get you inside your own unique bike fit window.
4. Riding Pain Free
Following your fit, you'll experience greater comfort and efficiency on the bike. If you encounter any discomfort or need further adjustments, we’re here to fine-tune your setup to ensure everything feels just right.

Road Bike Fit with additional road / gravel bike
Add a 2nd road or gravel bike to your fitting and we can fit you to both bikes during the same session (Save 20%).

Road Bike Fit with TT Bike Fit
If you’d like to optimise both your road and TT bike, we can optimise both bikes during the same session (Save 17%).
