How to get started

1. Send Us A Message

The first step is getting in-touch, use the form below to contact us with some basic details and we'll send you through an athlete profile form.

2. Initial Consultation

After we've received your form, we will arrange an informal discussion either online or face to face with you and we'll discuss your goals, training history and how we think we can help you​.

3. Annual Overview

If after the consultation, you decide to progress onto one of our triathlon coaching packages, we will then get to work on putting together your annual overview.  This high level planning document details your goals and the steps we need to take in order to achieve them.

4. Personalised Plan

Once the overview is in place, we start building your individualised training plan based on your goals and current level of fitness and your available training time and how long it is until your event.

We work with you every step of the process and and with our help and your commiment, achieving your goals becomes just a matter of time.

Endurance Coaching Plan

The Endurance Plan is ideal for athletes who want structured, consistent support to improve their swimming, cycling, and running. Whether you're building fitness, training for your first event, or looking for more guidance in your weekly routine, this plan gives you expert coaching to help you train smarter and feel more confident in your progress.

Advanced Coaching Plan

The Advanced Plan is ideal for athletes who want to take their training a step further with added insight and structure. Building on the foundation of the Endurance Plan, this option includes additional testing and bike power analysis to help you better understand your performance and guide your training with more precision.

Elite Coaching Plan

The Elite Plan is designed for athletes who want focused, high-level support to improve their performance across swim, bike, and run. With testing and analysis included in each training block, you’ll receive tailored feedback to fine-tune your training, monitor progress, and target key areas for development — ideal if you're working toward ambitious goals or racing competitively.

Master Coaching Plan

The Master Plan offers the highest level of coaching support for athletes who want a fully personalised and data-driven approach to their training. Each training block includes in-depth testing, detailed analysis, with your training plan updated weekly to reflect your progress and needs. This plan is ideal for athletes who want full coach access and a tailored approach to every aspect of their development.
