See What the Camp Is Really Like
A Proper Coached Week.
Not Just a Group Ride.
Whether you're building towards an Ironman, a 70.3, or you simply want to build some fitness on some of the best roads in the world — this camp delivers structured, coached training every single day. Coached pool sessions, big rides with coach support, run sessions with drills, open water swimming, and evening talks covering nutrition, training and race strategy.
The programme is deliberately flexible. You choose how hard you go. Rides are graded so stronger athletes can push on while others take the steadier route — and everyone arrives at the café stop together. Not a runner? Not a swimmer? No problem. Some of our best 2026 athletes barely touched the water. The camp works around you, not the other way around.
If you want to arrive at camp in the best shape possible, we offer pre-camp coaching through Total Endurance — structured training plans and 1-to-1 coaching over the winter months to make sure you get the absolute most out of your week in Mallorca.
Two Weeks.
Two Different Camps.
You Choose One.
Or stay for both.
Week 1 and Week 2 are completely independent camps. Same hotel, same coaching team, different programmes. Book the week that fits your season, your goals, and your diary. Most people book just one week — and that's exactly what these camps are designed for. If both weeks work for you, there's a Full Camp bundle below that rewards the commitment.
Endurance
& Volume
Built for athletes who want to bank quality miles before the season starts. Big days on the bike, coached morning swims, run sessions, and evening talks on training and nutrition. The focus is accumulation — doing more than you'd manage at home, in better conditions, with coaches guiding you every day. Graded groups mean you ride at your own level all week.
- Coached pool swims — threshold & endurance sets
- Monastery climb (Randa / San Salvador)
- Big mountain day — Soller, Puig Major, Sa Calobra option
- Coach-led run sessions with drills
- Open water swimming (optional)
- Yoga & stretch recovery sessions
- Evening talks — fuelling, training principles, Q&A
- Plenty of café stops along the way ☕
From £1,395 · or from £171/month
Technique
& Confidence
Built for athletes who want more coaching input, not just more miles. More coach time per athlete, more analysis, more targeted feedback on your swim, bike and run. Less total volume than Week 1 — significantly higher technical quality.
- Swim video analysis — filmed, reviewed, individual feedback
- Bike handling & skills sessions
- Run biomechanics — form, efficiency & drill work
- Transition workshops
- Race strategy & pacing workshops
- Nutrition for race day — evening session
- Optional add-ons: bike fit · run assessment
- Plenty of café stops along the way ☕
From £1,395 · or from £171/month
Both Weeks
Stay for both weeks and save up to £395. Volume in Week 1, technical sharpening in Week 2. Most people book one week but you're welcome to join for both weeks.

The People
Leading Your Week.
Three experienced triathlon coaches with over 50 years of combined coaching between them. They've raced at the sharp end themselves — and they've coached hundreds of athletes to do the same. You're in good hands.
Kevin has been coaching triathletes for over 20 years and leads every camp personally. He raced Celtman Xtri in 2023 and Mallorca 70.3 in 2026 — and he's back racing Mallorca 70.3 in 2027 the week after camp ends, this time with a full winter of training behind him and a serious score to settle with his 2026 time. What you get from Kevin is coaching that comes from someone who genuinely lives the sport alongside you.
- British Triathlon Level 3 Coach
- 20+ years coaching experience
- Celtman Extreme Triathlon finisher 2023
- Mallorca 70.3 — 2026 & 2027
Ken has 30+ years of coaching experience and knows the roads of Mallorca better than almost anyone — or nearly all of them anyway, though he'll admit he still occasionally gets lost. He's run multiple marathons, completed 24-hour time trials, and once cycled from Malaga to Aberdeen. The kind of background you simply can't fake — and the kind of calm, experienced presence that makes a hard day on the bike feel completely manageable.
- British Triathlon Level 3 Coach
- 30+ years coaching experience
- Multiple marathon finisher
- 24-hour time trial competitor
- Malaga to Aberdeen cyclist
Calum is Mr Celtman — he's raced more Xtri events than most people have had hot dinners, and that experience of performing at the absolute limit translates directly into his coaching. He brings energy, genuine passion for the sport, and the kind of infectious enthusiasm that makes a long training day feel like an adventure rather than a grind.
- British Triathlon Level 2 Diploma Coach
- Multiple Xtri event finisher
- Celtman specialist — "Mr Celtman"
- Extreme triathlon racing background
What Athletes Said.
Great people, great rides, great food and great training tips. As a beginner cyclist, I felt very supported on the epic rides around the island. Huge buggers of hills but the best people that ate sooo much food.
Thanks everyone for such a great week. Super supportive coaches and great banter from all. An experience I won't forget in a hurry.
I had the best week. Thanks to all for your company, friendship and for inspiring me. Already thinking about next year.
Frequently Asked
Questions.
No — Week 1 and Week 2 are completely independent camps. Most people book just one week. The Full Camp option is there for athletes who want both and saves you up to £395, but there's no expectation or pressure to do both.
The camp is open to any regularly training triathlete or cyclist. You don't need to be racing Ironman — if you train consistently and want to push yourself in a coached environment, you'll get huge value from the week. Sessions are graded so you ride and train at your own level. In 2026 we had athletes of very different abilities all having a brilliant week.
Cyclists who don't swim or run are very welcome. The rides are the anchor of every day — swimming and running sessions are optional extras. Nobody is forced into anything and the programme flexes around what you want to get out of the week.
Both work well. Bike hire is available directly through the hotel If you bring your own bike, airport transfers include your bike box. Most athletes find it easier to hire — one less thing to worry about on travel day.
Fill in the registration form and we'll send you a £200 deposit invoice via Xero. Once that's paid your place is confirmed. For the balance, you can pay in full at any time or we'll set up a GoCardless monthly Direct Debit — from £171/month depending on your option. Balance is due by 1 March 2027.
The £200 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Your place is however transferable — if you can't attend, you can find your own replacement and transfer your booking to them. Balance payments already made are non-refundable after 1 March 2027.
Ironman 70.3 Mallorca takes place on 8th May 2027 — the week after camp ends. Week 2 (23–30 April) is perfect preparation timing if you're racing it. Our head coach Kevin is also entered, so the camp has a great race-week energy for anyone targeting that event.
Absolutely — most athletes come on their own. One of the best things about the camp is the group that forms around it. The 2026 WhatsApp community is still going strong months after the camp ended. You'll leave with people you'll be training with and racing alongside for years.
Yes — if you want to arrive in the best possible shape, we offer structured coaching plans and 1-to-1 coaching through Total Endurance in the months leading up to camp. Get in touch and we'll put together something that works for your schedule and goals.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel the camp, all deposits and balance payments will be refunded in full. We've run the camp successfully since 2026 and have strong relationships with the hotel and logistics providers.
