Returns & Refund Policy – Total Endurance Coaching

At Total Endurance Coaching, we’re committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring our clients feel supported. We understand that life happens, so here’s how we handle cancellations, reschedules, and refunds across our services:

Coaching / Testing & Analysis Sessions

• Cancellations:
  Due to preparation requirements, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. .

• No-Shows:
  Missed sessions without notice are not refundable or transferable.

• Block Bookings:
  Sessions in a block must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable, unless exceptional circumstances apply. We may allow credit transfer or extension on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual with written notice.

Physical Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

• Refunds exclude shipping unless the item is faulty.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products & Training Plans

• All digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience issues with access or delivery, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to be fair. If something unexpected happens — illness, injury, or other — please get in touch. Where possible, we’ll offer credit, extensions, or rescheduling to ensure you can still benefit from your investment.
