Kevin’s coaching is built on 18 years of experience. He has extensive knowledge in swim coaching, analysis and physiology testing. Despite not coming from a sporty background his passion for helping others improve drives him to expand his knowledge to help all level of athletes improve.

How to get started
1. Send Us A Message
The first step is getting in-touch, use the form below to contact us with some basic details and we'll send you through an athlete profile form.
2. Initial Consultation
After we've received your form, we will arrange an informal discussion either online or face to face with you and we'll discuss your goals, training history and how we think we can help you.
3. Annual Overview
If after the consultation, you decide to progress onto one of our triathlon coaching packages, we will then get to work on putting together your annual overview. This high level planning document details your goals and the steps we need to take in order to achieve them.
4. Personalised Plan
Once the overview is in place, we start building your individualised training plan based on your goals and current level of fitness and your available training time and how long it is until your event.
We work with you every step of the process and and with our help and your commiment, achieving your goals becomes just a matter of time.
T.E Coaching Packages

Endurance Coaching Plan
The Performance Plan provides a structured and progressive coaching framework for athletes who want expert guidance and accountability in their training.
Your plan is delivered through TrainingPeaks on a rolling 4–6-week cycle, ensuring your sessions evolve with your progress and schedule. We focus on developing the key components of endurance performance: aerobic fitness, strength, and consistency through carefully balanced training blocks designed around your goals and lifestyle.
This plan is ideal for athletes who want high-quality, coach-led structure without the additional testing and in-depth analysis included in the Performance+ option.
£120/month
Performance+ Coaching Plan
Building on the foundation of our Performance Plan, the Performance+ Plan adds a deeper level of insight and precision through integrated testing and analysis as part of the coaching plan.
We design a personalised annual coaching package and we select the optimal testing based on your current fitness and target events.
The testing analysis sessions include VO₂-max, fat and carbohydrate utilisation, and bike power profiling, if your swimming is your main limiter you’ll get regular 121 swim coaching analysis sessions and . Each test is selected and repeated at the right stages to align with your key events and training goals.

Elite Coaching Plan
Building on the structure of the Performance+ Plan, the Elite Plan includes monthly testing and analysis sessions to provide continuous feedback and data-driven progression throughout the season allowing us to track adaptations and refine training with precision.
Your training is delivered through TrainingPeaks on a rolling 4–6-week cycle, reviewed and updated based on the latest test results, performance trends, and upcoming race priorities.
This plan is designed for athletes who want a fully immersive, coach-driven programme with regular testing, continuous feedback, and the highest level of personalisation and accountability.
£200/month
Master Coaching Plan
The Master Plan offers the highest level of individualisation and performance support we provide.
Alongside the full suite of monthly testing and analysis sessions, the Master Plan includes a comprehensive bike fit to refine your position, improve aerodynamics, and ensure you can sustain power efficiently in race conditions.
Training is updated on a weekly basis through TrainingPeaks, allowing constant alignment between data, recovery, and performance goals. Each week is reviewed and adjusted based on test results, session feedback, and your evolving training load.
This plan is designed for dedicated athletes aiming for high-performance outcomes.
