Aqua Jogging

  • No, you don’t need to be able to swim to use the underwater treadmill. The water is only about waist-deep and all sessions are done upright. However, if learning to swim is something you’re interested in, we’d be happy to help with that too.

  • Swimwear, tri kit, or tight-fitting gym clothes are ideal.

  • The water is kept comfortably warm, usually around 28–30°C, which is ideal for recovery and movement. It can feel a little chilly when you first step in, but within 30 seconds it feels just right — comfortable and easy to move in.

  • Definitely. Aqua jogging is ideal for Achilles, knee, or hip injuries, and we regularly help clients stay active while rehabbing safely.
