Total Endurance is Scotland's leading endurance sports performance centre, based in Bucksburn, Aberdeen. We work with athletes at every level - from complete beginners completing their first sprint triathlon to IRONMAN qualifiers and elite age-groupers targeting Kona.
What we offer
Our services cover every part of endurance performance:
Triathlon coaching — structured, personalised 1-2-1 coaching built around your life and your goals. Whether you're building from zero or hunting a PB, we adapt to you.
VO2 Max and Lactate Testing — lab-grade physiological testing that gives you precise training zones and a clear picture of your aerobic fitness. The starting point for serious training.
Bike fitting — road, triathlon and TT bike fits using dynamic assessment. More power, more comfort, fewer injuries.
Swim coaching and analysis — video analysis, propulsion testing and 1-2-1 coaching for triathletes and swimmers at all levels.
Run gait analysis — understand your running form, reduce injury risk and improve economy.
Metabolic and RMR testing — understand how your body uses fuel at rest and during exercise. Essential for weight management, fuelling strategy and race-day nutrition.
Who we work with
We coach and test endurance athletes across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Dundee, Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Many athletes travel from across Scotland and the north of England for our testing services. If you're looking to improve your performance, we're here to help.

A VO2 Max Test is the best starting point for most endurance athletes. It gives you accurate training zones, tells you where your fitness sits, and helps us recommend the right coaching or testing pathway. If you're completely new to the sport, drop us a message and we'll point you in the right direction.

Not at all. We work with athletes at every level - from first-timers who've never done a triathlon to experienced competitors targeting IRONMAN World Championship qualification. Our services are designed to meet you where you are.

Our facility is based in Bucksburn, Aberdeen. Athletes regularly travel from across Scotland - Dundee, Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow - for testing and coaching. Some of our coaching services are available remotely.
