Our structured blocks of 4 or 6 one-to-one swim coaching sessions (30 minutes each) are tailored to your current swim ability, movement patterns, and goals. After every session, you’ll leave with 1–2 priority focus points and targeted drills to practice before the next appointment.

You can schedule these sessions over several weeks or months, giving you the flexibility to adapt training between sessions and progress at a pace that fits your lifestyle.

Swim Propulsion analysis

Our Swim Propulsion Analysis uses EO Paddles and high-frame-rate video to measure the exact forces you apply in the water, how efficiently you hold water, and where propulsion is being lost. The session includes a full technical breakdown and an action plan tailored to your stroke mechanics.
