Our swim lessons are done in our private pool and our 6-week block are designed to help non-swimmers learn how to swim with confidence.
During the block of sessions we’ll work with you to:
Overcome fear of the water
Build essential skills like floating, breathing and balance
Feel relaxed and in control in the pool
Finally enjoy swimming whether its for fun, fitness or just for your holiday
Just 6-weeks to confident swimming

The first session is about just getting relaxed and comfortable in the water. We’ll work on breathing and teaching you the optimal way to stay relaxed and in control.

Week two is about floating and finding your natural body alignment. If your legs tend to sink, this week will really help you understand how to correct it.

On week three we’ll work with you to learn how to balance in the water and helping you keep your body position from week two.

Week four introduces the feeling of the water. We’ll explain the basics of stroke mechanics and you’ll know what swimming should feel like.

In week five, we’ll focus on creating propulsion. We’ll help you understand what you need to do to make progress through the water and not feel like you’re fighting it.

The final week brings everything together. By this point you will be more confident in your swimming and you’ll know exactly what to focus on every time you go to the pool

What’s included in your 6-week swim plan
6 x 30 minute 121 sessions
After the initial session, we’ll put together a 6 week swim plan which will give you key things to work on between the sessions to ensure you have a clear plan of what to practice and how to make progress.
Personalised 6-week swim plan
Each week (or every second week, depending on your preference), you’ll have a one-to-one coaching session tailored to you. We’ll work through each stage of the program and progress at your pace.
Access to ongoing support
Beyond the lessons, we’ll be available to answer your questions or if you need any extra support during the six weeks we will help you.
