Regardless of where you’re starting, you’ll leave Mallorca not just fitter, but more confident, with a clearer understanding of your swim, bike, and run and ready to tackle whatever goals you’ve set for 2026 and beyond.
I was honestly quite nervous before arriving. I worried everyone would be miles ahead of me and that I’d hold people up. But from the very first session, the coaches and group made me feel completely at ease.
There were clear groups for each ability, so I always had others at a similar level, and the sessions were perfectly tailored. By the end of the week I was riding longer and swimming more confidently than I ever thought I could. It was such a supportive environment — I came home buzzing with motivation!”
“The TE camp was a turning point in my build-up to my first Ironman. Every session had a purpose. from the coached swims that refined my technique to the structured rides that taught me pacing and fuelling.
The Total Endurance coaches were brilliant at balancing hard work with education”
