Absolutely. We work with all levels — including beginners who struggle with breathing, pacing, or technique. Our 1-to-1 swim coaching is tailored to help you build confidence and improve, one step at a time.Do you work with competitive swimmers?
Yes — we regularly coach junior and senior swimmers preparing for club racing, open water events, and triathlon. We offer technique-focused sessions and video analysis to help unlock better performance.What is swim video analysis and how does it work?
We film you from above and below the water to analyse your stroke in detail. You’ll get clear feedback, coaching during the session, and specific areas to focus on — all designed to make you faster and more efficient. -
What’s included in a bike fit?
Our dynamic bike fitting looks at your position, comfort, and power. We assess your posture, flexibility, and goals — whether you're racing triathlon, riding long-distance, or just want to enjoy your bike pain-free.Do I need to bring my own bike?
Yes — bring the bike you usually ride, along with your shoes and kit. That way we can set it up specifically for you.Do you do TT and triathlon bike fitting?
Yes, we specialise in TT/triathlon fits. We’ll help you find a comfortable, sustainable aero position and give advice on how to adapt over time as your flexibility and strength improve. -
What is a running gait or biomechanical analysis?
We assess your movement patterns, stride, ground contact, and symmetry using motion analysis and sensor data. You'll get feedback on form, efficiency, and injury prevention.Can this help with injury prevention or pain?
Yes — our assessments often identify imbalances or loading issues that contribute to common injuries. We’ll guide you on how to adjust your technique or strength routine to reduce risk. -

VO₂ max testing measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. It helps us set accurate training zones and monitor improvements in fitness over time. It’s ideal for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and Hyrox athletes.Do you offer VO₂ max testing for medical or offshore clearance?
Yes — we provide lab-based VO₂ max tests suitable for divers, offshore workers, and other safety-critical roles. Need it fast? We offer priority testing within 48 hours (£150) — just get in touch.What if I don’t meet the required VO₂ standard?
No problem — we’ll create a personalised training plan to help improve your VO₂ max, and bring you back in for a retest when you're ready.Do I need to prepare for a VO₂ max or fuel utilisation test?
Yes — we’ll send full prep instructions in your confirmation email, including what to eat, wear, and expect on the day. -
Do you work with younger athletes?
Yes — we work with junior triathletes and swimmers aged 13+, helping them develop strong technique, confidence, and a healthy approach to training. We also support parents who want their kids to get better outside of a traditional club setting.Can I stay during my child’s session?
In most cases, yes — you’re welcome to stay and observe. However, we kindly ask that you allow us to coach your child without input during the session, so they can focus fully and build independence. -
How do I book a session?

Where are you based?
We’re in Aberdeen, Scotland, at our coaching and testing hub. You’ll receive full directions in your confirmation email.Is there parking available?
Yes — there’s free parking to the rear of our building.Can I combine services in one visit?
Absolutely. Many athletes combine our services to maximise their time with us. Just contact us and we’ll help plan it.Do you offer online or remote coaching?
Yes — we work with athletes across the UK (and beyond) through TrainingPeaks and video calls. You don’t need to be local to train with us.What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be charged a fee, but we’ll always try to be fair if something unavoidable comes up.
