Seeing yourself swim can be a game-changer for improvement. If you can't commit to a full coaching block, our one-off Video Analysis session is the perfect 'MOT' for your swimming.

We film you from 4 angles (above and below water), break down your stroke frame-by-frame, and send you home with a clear correction plan.

  • No, we are open to everyone! whether you are a member of a local club or train entirely on your own. We work with swimmers from all over Aberdeenshire.

  • All of our swim sessions take place at our private facility in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, where we use an endless pool designed to support swimmers of all levels.

    The pool is completely private there’s no crowd, no pressure, and no lane traffic. You can stop and stand whenever you need to, making it a safe and comfortable space to learn, build confidence, and improve at your own pace.

  • Absolutely. We specialise in building confidence. If you are nervous about putting your face in the water or just learning to breathe, our "Foundation" sessions are designed exactly for you or check out or 6-week swim beginner package.

  • We offer small group swim sessions for 2 or 3 people perfect if you’d like to train with a friend or work on your technique alongside others in a relaxed, supportive environment. These sessions allow for personalised feedback while also creating a motivating group atmosphere.

    If you're looking for larger group options, we also run half-day swim workshops focused on technique, efficiency, and confidence-building. These are a great way to learn, get video feedback, and meet other swimmers at a similar level.

  • Bring your usual swimwear, goggles, and a towel. If you have your own fins or paddles, feel free to bring them, but we have plenty of equipment poolside.
